1. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A PRODUCT
• I want to be sure to choose the right size? 6 or 12 months? 8 years old or 14 years old? To allow you to always choose exactly the right size for you, we have slipped a size guide on each of our product pages on www.moussaillon.fr . To access it, you can click on the Size Guide link on the product sheets or at the bottom of the home page.
• Ouch, the size I chose is too small/large, what can I do? In the My Account section, click on My Orders and select the product(s) you wish to exchange. Then click on Exchange and follow the instructions to exchange your item and choose the size that will suit you perfectly.
• How should I wash the new garment I fell in love with?
All our advice for washing your garment gently is waiting for you on the product page of your article on www.moussaillon.fr.
• What are the secrets to making my Moussaillon garment really last a long time? We give you all our good maintenance advice on the product sheet of your article on www.moussaillon.fr.
• Oh ! I received a defective product or I notice a problem after use, what should I do? Head to customer service! Our teams are at your disposal to identify what is wrong. If it is a manufacturing error, we immediately offer you a new, brand new item. And if your item is no longer in stock in your store, you can choose a similar product up to your purchase price.
2. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE ORDER
• How do I place my order online?
Nothing could be simpler, follow the guide in a few clicks! To place an order on www.moussaillon.fr, you must:
1. Make your choice:
- Click on the product(s) of your choice- Select the desired size- Click on “Add to basket”Once the product has been added to your basket, you can either:- Continue shopping on the site by clicking on “Continue shopping” ". With each new item chosen, you will then have to follow the same path (select your size and add to basket). - Complete your order by clicking on the "Place my order" button.
2. Validate your order:
- Log in:
• It's the first time ? If you are a new customer on www.moussaillon.fr, you can create your customer account just after clicking on the "Validate basket" button.
• Already have an account ? You will identify yourself just after clicking on the "Place my order" button with your super secret access code: your email address and your password.
- Click on "Validate basket" - Choose your delivery method - Choose your payment method - Confirm your order by clicking on the "Confirm and proceed to payment" button. The trick is played: more than 5 days to wait before opening your package! • I would like to modify or delete an item from my order, how do I do this? Ouch, we are sorry but once validated, your order can no longer be modified. You can therefore no longer delete / add an item or change the size and/or color of one or more items. You will be able to request an exchange or return the items for a refund via the www.moussaillon.fr website once the order has been delivered. • How do I cancel my entire order? Once validated and paid, you have up to 1 hour to cancel your order. The "I cancel my order" button is available as long as it is still possible to retract. After this 1 hour period, it will no longer be possible to do so via the website. • Damn, I made a mistake in my delivery address, how can I change it so that it is delivered to the correct address? For orders with home delivery, you can modify your order within one hour of your payment. To do this, nothing could be simpler: go to your internet account www.moussaillon.fr in the My Orders and Returns section. Also, don't forget to modify this address on your internet account so that your next orders arrive in your mailbox to you and only to you. • Where can I follow the progress of my order? Still in our hands or in those of the postman? To follow the adventures of your parcel in real time, go to www.moussaillon.fr in the “My account” area. • How can I consult my invoice? Nothing's easier ! Your invoice can be consulted and downloaded day and night on your internet account, in the “My orders” section. • I have not received my order, what should I do? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 working days have passed and you still haven't received your package? You can check the tracking of your package via your internet account on www.moussaillon.fr .
If an anomaly has been identified in the follow-up, you can then either contact the Post Office if your package is still there, or our customer service if the package has already returned to our warehouse. In general, the Post Office keeps a package for 2 weeks before sending it back to us. • I received my damaged order, what can I do? So that we can find a solution as quickly as possible, you must make reservations with the post office and notify our customer service department on +33 (0)9 75 31 35 49. 3. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE DELIVERY • When will I receive my order? What are your delivery times? Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will deliver your package within a maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) regardless of the delivery method chosen. • Where can I have my package delivered? We deliver your parcel directly to your home within 5 working days via colissimo from the payment of your order, in Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM), including Monaco and as far as Corsica. • What are the delivery rates? - At home or at a pick-up point: €4.90 in mainland France only (excluding overseas territories), Corsica and Monaco. • Oh ! I am missing an item, my delivery is not compliant: what should I do? Your items do not match the delivery note or your order? Are you missing items that are listed on your delivery note? Our customer service is at your disposal on +33 (0)9 75 31 35 49 to find a quick solution. 4. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT PAYMENT • With which payment methods can I shop on Moussaillon.fr? - Your orders placed on www.moussaillon.fr can be paid for by credit card. You have the choice between: If you pay for your purchases by Visa or Mastercard, the issuing bank of your credit card will ask you for identification. - You can also pay for your purchases by if you have a PayPal account. • Paying online, is it secure? - You can pay with your eyes closed! We have set up a system that guarantees you 100% secure online payment: security by S.S.L (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protects all data related to means of payment. Your bank details therefore never pass through Moussaillon's computer system.
5. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS • How do I return my item or order for a refund?
1. I connect to my internet customer account on www.moussaillon.fr.
2. In the "My Account" section, I click on "Returns" and declare my return, selecting the order and the item(s) I wish to return.
3. I put my unworn, unwashed, unpersonalized products in their original packaging and with their label. I add the delivery note or the invoice (available on my customer account). Otherwise, more simply, I can also write the order number inside the package.
4. I address my package to:

5. I entrust the parcel to the carrier of my choice and I postage it (at the current rate). ? I carefully keep my tracking number.
6. And it's done! Easy right? You will receive a confirmation, after receipt of your return, by email and will be refunded within 30 days.
• How long do I have to return a product?
45 days all round! You can return the product(s) with which you are not satisfied, within 45 days of receipt of your order. You will be reimbursed within 45 days of sending your package.
• Are there any costs for returns?
Yes, the return costs are your responsibility.
• How soon will I be reimbursed?
45 days all round! You will receive your refund within a maximum of 45 days following the reshipment of your package. We will reimburse you by the same means of payment as the one used for your purchase.

• How can I exchange a garment that does not suit me?
Not the right size? No problem! You can of course exchange the unworn, unwashed, unpersonalized item(s) free of charge in their original packaging by following the instructions on the Moussaillon website.

6. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT • I forgot my password, how do I log into my account? We thought of everything! And a few clicks are enough to make a new start. Start by clicking on “My account” at the top of the site then “Forgot your password”. You can then enter your email address on a new page. A few minutes later, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. • How can I delete my account? Nothing could be simpler, just contact our customer service using the contact form on the website www.moussaillon.fr. Your account will then be deleted as soon as possible.
7. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
• What rights do I have on my account and my personal data at Moussaillon?
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 amended by the Personal Data Protection Act of June 20, 2018 and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, erasure and portability of your data that you have provided to Moussaillon and in fact to Bretagne Diffusion. You also have the right to provide directives relating to the fate of your personal data after your death.
